Who Can File a Complaint?
A complaint may be submitted by:

Anonymous complaints may be accepted if they contain sufficient detail to initiate a review.
Process Steps
Submission — The complaint is submitted through the official form and received by the Ethics Committee.
Initial Review — The Committee determines whether the concern falls within its mandate and whether sufficient information is available.
Formal Evaluation — The Committee gathers information from relevant parties, including the coach and, when appropriate, the supervisor.
Decision — A decision is made based on the Code of Conduct, ethical guidelines, and any supporting documentation.
Communication — The outcome is communicated to the involved parties, together with any required actions or recommendations.
