Supervision Policy — Specifies the minimum supervision requirements for active KIT Coaches, criteria for approved supervisors, documentation standards, and escalation procedures when additional supervision is required.
GDPR / Data Protection Policy — Outlines how personal information is handled, stored, protected, and used in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Covers both client and coach data.
Advertising & Title Policy — Regulates the appropriate use of the KIT-Coach title, logo, and credentials. Ensures accuracy, honesty, and ethical communication in all marketing and public presentation.
Social Media Policy — Provides guidance for maintaining professionalism, boundaries, and confidentiality when using digital platforms, including expectations for publicly discussing coaching work.
Policy on Dual Relationships & Conflicts of Interest — Defines situations where personal, professional, or organizational relationships may impair objectivity or create ethical risks, and outlines how coaches must manage or avoid such conflicts.
Policy for Acute or Critical Situations — Clarifies the coach's responsibility when a client presents symptoms or information indicating risk of harm to self or others. Provides guidelines for referral, crisis procedures, and clear limits of the coaching role.
