Who Can Become an Accredited Trainer?
Only individuals who meet the Network's professional and pedagogical standards may teach KIT-Coaching. Trainers must demonstrate:
- Extensive coaching experience
- Mastery of the KIT and Arrow models
- Strong ethical practice
- Teaching and facilitation competence
Quality Requirements
Inspired by professional guidelines such as those from SfKBT, accredited trainers must:
- Deliver consistent, evidence-informed teaching
- Provide accurate representation of the KIT framework
- Uphold ethical standards
- Ensure constructive and psychologically safe learning environments
Ongoing Evaluation
Training providers and trainers undergo regular review to ensure:
- High educational quality
- Alignment with current standards
- Student feedback is addressed
- Training practices remain relevant and effective
Accreditation may be renewed, revised, or withdrawn depending on compliance.
