A professional standard for coaching that holds.

KIT Coaching is a structured, ethical coaching method rooted in reflective practice and professional accountability. The KIT Coaching Network exists to uphold the highest standards of certification, supervision, and continued development — for coaches, trainers, and the organizations they serve.

An independent professional body

The Network of Certified KIT Coaches operates independently from commercial training providers. It safeguards the quality of coaching delivered under the KIT framework and protects client wellbeing.

Through transparent certification, ethical oversight, and supervision requirements, the Network ensures that every KIT Coach meets a standard worthy of the title.

Certification requirements

Two paths. One standard.

Both lead to the same three-day certification. Same bar. No shortcuts.

The H&F path

You have trained with holmberg & friends.

You have completed Grundutbildningen and at least four advanced modules. You already know the methodology. Certification is the natural next step.

  • Grundutbildningen + 4 advanced modules
  • Documented coaching practice
  • Regular supervision
The open path

You are an experienced coach from any background.

You have five or more years of active practice, a recognized credential, and a commitment to supervision. You are looking for a standard that matches your level.

  • 5+ years of documented practice
  • ICF, EMCC or equivalent credential
  • Regular supervision

Both paths lead to the same three-day certification.

Written assessment. Practical demonstration. Peer review. Annual renewal through the Coach Report.
